I’m Yoly, the logistics “brainiac” of Romders—the one who makes sure tickets are booked, bags are packed, and there’s a comfy place waiting at the end of the day, even if some nights remind me that not every bed is comfortable, that’s part of the journey too. Planning is in my nature, yet travel keeps showing me that the best moments often come from what you don’t expect. 

My journey began in the creative world, where Rafa and I first crossed paths. I later spent years in education, earning a Master’s in Leadership and guiding others toward brighter futures. When Rafa suggested early retirement, I knew it wasn't about stopping; it was about redirecting that energy into exploring new cultures and capturing the stories waiting to be discovered. 

For me, it’s not just about the destination —it’s about noticing the tiny details that make each place unforgettable, and sharing those stories with anyone curious enough to come along.
